Idaho Springs has a rich mining history. In fact, our offices are located right inside the Argo Gold Mine and Mill, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We’re simple and easy to get to: Just head west on I-70 from downtown Denver, take Idaho Springs exit 241A, and there we are. You can’t miss the Argo Mine sign visible from just about everywhere in town.
Idaho Springs is itself worth a visit. A charming main street, shops, restaurants, history, mine tours, a mining museum (with the largest collection of mining memorabilia in the state), 14,000-foot Mount Evans, wildlife viewings and the famous Indian Springs mineral springs resort — perfect for a relaxing soak after your zip-lining adventure — make Idaho Springs a great day trip for people living near or traveling through Denver.
